Shipping & Delivery

Upon receipt of your delivery, we kindly ask that you carefully inspect the items for any damage and promptly report it to us in the presence of the shipper. This will ensure that any issues are addressed in a timely manner and that you receive the necessary assistance. Your feedback is crucial in helping us maintain the quality of our service and products.

We offer various shipping methods to cater to your specific needs. For Curbside Delivery, your item(s) will be dropped off in a box on a pallet in your driveway or wheeled into a garage, provided there are no steps. If the delivery is to a commercial building, the item will be placed in front of the building or brought to a loading dock. Inside Delivery options are also available, with different levels of service depending on your preferences and requirements, please indicate during checkout if any stairs are available at the delivery location.

For Inside Delivery without assembly, your item(s) will be brought inside your home or building and into the room of your choice. No unboxing or assembly will be done. If you opt for Inside Delivery with assembly, up to 60 minutes of light assembly will be provided, such as installing legs on pinball machines. Please indicate if stairs are involved during checkout to ensure a smooth delivery process. We aim to make your delivery experience as convenient and efficient as possible.

Delivery Times:

The Pinball Arcade Store makes no guarantee, expressed or implied, on the delivery time of any products sold. Any estimates given are subject to change and are dependent on time and method of payment, product availability, and turnaround times of shipping companies. In general, items can take from a few days to a few weeks to deliver. New items that are in stock can typically ship right way, while refurbished items may need to be cleaned and tested before they are ready to ship.
